The service was great and the process was really smooth and easy - they took care of everything from the removal of my previous carpet to the installation.   This is a quality flooring supplier. It's not hard to get a cheap quote for flooring in Sydney, but you'll likely get what you pay for. Madera Floors, on the other hand, don't do cheap. They have affordable options, through to high-end luxury. For me, Madera installed an affordable, 'floating' oak-veneer floor, over the best quality acoustic underlay, and the results were fantastic. I had to meet very stringent requirements for acoustic properties for flooring which Madera understood and met without question. And, the affordable oak-veneer looks and feels like I paid more... From first enquiry, to planning, delivery and installation, the whole team at Madera were easy to deal with, generous with their time and knowledgeable. They were prompt, timely, efficient and thorough. The floor looks great and the neighbours downstairs can't hear footsteps from above. Good quality work.
