Scope of Work:

The ground floor consisted of a concrete slab, which we prepared by diamond grinding to remove imperfections and create a smooth base. We then applied a levelling compound to ensure a consistent and durable surface. The upper level featured existing pine flooring, which we rough sanded. Fortunately, the surface was flat enough to proceed directly with the installation. For the ground floor, we installed elegant Herringbone parquetry using European Oak (Grade ABC) in a 600mm x 120mm x 14/3mm configuration, adding a timeless touch. On the upper level, we laid straight boards, also in European Oak (Grade ABC), measuring 1900mm x 190mm x 14/3mm, creating a sleek, modern aesthetic. Additionally, we completed the staircase with custom nosings crafted to match the beautiful European Oak flooring, ensuring a seamless transition between levels. The entire installation featured the stunning Parana colour, enhancing the natural warmth and beauty of the wood.
