This residential renovation in Bankstown centred around the installation of engineered chevron parquetry to deliver a refined, classic aesthetic with modern performance. Madera Floors was appointed to supply and install the parquetry flooring directly to a concrete subfloor, along with custom stair treads, risers, and boxed steps. The outcome is a seamless and elegant integration of flooring across all levels of the home.

Scope of Work:

Preparation and levelling of concrete subfloor
Supply and installation of engineered Chevron parquetry
Full trowel-glue direct stick installation using polyurethane elastomeric adhesiv
Cork expansion joints at perimeters and transitions
Custom staircase fabrication and installation:
– Solid engineered timber stair treads and risers
– Custom box treads for landings and stepped transitions
Finishing of stair components to match floor
