Project Overview

This character-filled Haberfield residence underwent a refined interior refresh, with Madera Floors engaged to install engineered European Oak flooring throughout the home’s core living zones. Working alongside Bayside Built, the project called for seamless integration with existing substrates and tiled areas, ensuring both structural soundness and a polished visual outcome.

Scope of Work:

Rough sanding of existing timber floor to prepare substrate for overlay
Supply and installation of 190mm wide European Oak flooring, trowel-glued directly to the subfloor
Neat cutting and caulking at all tiled thresholds for a clean transition
Installation of 3mm silver flatbar at required junctions for durable, low-profile detailing
