Chosen for its uniform tone and fine grain, the Prestige Birch parquetry adds warmth and structure to the home’s minimalist interiors. The herringbone pattern brings architectural character to the entry sequence and living zones, while the Regupol underlay ensures acoustic performance to meet strata regulations. Skirtings and finishes were selected to integrate seamlessly with contemporary wall and joinery treatments, delivering a refined and durable result.
