Project Overview

Located in Sydney’s financial district, this premium commercial office fitout called for timeless materiality, acoustic comfort, and architectural precision. Madera Floors was contracted to deliver a fully levelled, trowel-glued engineered timber solution using European Oak in a classic herringbone layout. The project was designed to complement high-end workplace interiors while maintaining durability and ease of maintenance in a high-traffic environment.

Scope of Work:

Full levelling of the existing concrete subfloor across the entire tenancy
Supply and install 888 x 148 x 14/3mm engineered European Oak parquetry
Trowel-glue direct stick installation in a herringbone pattern
Neat cutting and caulking to all tiled thresholds and adjoining finishes
