Design Notes

The use of chevron parquetry brings a formal rhythm and elevated sophistication to the home’s interior architecture. The custom border provides a subtle framing effect, enhancing the spatial flow from room to room. Stair treads in American Oak were chosen for durability and tonal compatibility, with precise shadow-line detailing delivering a clean, architectural transition. This project exemplifies Madera’s ability to combine structural foresight with aesthetic craftsmanship.
