Timber Flooring

Supply and install European Oak parquetry in a herringbone pattern throughout the main living areas, including precise set-out, adhesive installation, perimeter detailing, and full delivery and carry-in of materials.

Carpet Installation

Supply and install sisal carpet to bedrooms, including underlay, perimeter fixing, trims where required, and complete delivery and installation.

Design Notes :

The herringbone European Oak parquetry adds architectural rhythm and sophistication, elevating the penthouse while remaining understated and timeless. Its natural tone enhances the flow of light and complements the waterviews without competing with them. In the bedrooms, sisal carpet introduces texture and warmth, creating a calm, retreat-like atmosphere that contrasts beautifully with the structured parquetry, while maintaining a cohesive, high-end finish throughout the home.
